Knight Rehber uygulaması ("biz", "bizim" veya "uygulamamız") olarak, kullanıcılarımızın gizliliğini korumak bizim için önemlidir. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Knight Rehber uygulamasını kullanırken toplanan bilgileri ve bu bilgilerin nasıl kullanıldığını açıklar.

1. Toplanan Bilgiler

1.1 Push Notification Token

Uygulamamız, size bildirim göndermek için Expo Push Notification servisi aracılığıyla push notification token'ları toplar. Bu token'lar cihazınızı benzersiz olarak tanımlar ve bildirimlerin doğru cihaza ulaşmasını sağlar. Token'lar MongoDB veritabanında güvenli bir şekilde saklanır.

1.2 Cihaz Bilgileri

Uygulama, bildirim gönderme işlevselliği için cihaz tipi ve platform bilgilerini (iOS/Android) toplayabilir. Bu bilgiler sadece teknik amaçlarla kullanılır.

1.3 Uygulama Kullanım Verileri

Uygulama içindeki etkileşimleriniz ve kullanım verileri toplanmaz. Herhangi bir kişisel tanımlayıcı bilgi (isim, email, telefon numarası) toplanmaz.

2. Bilgilerin Kullanımı

Toplanan bilgiler aşağıdaki amaçlar için kullanılır:

• Push Bildirimleri: Uygulama güncellemeleri, önemli duyurular ve bildirimler göndermek için
• Hizmet İyileştirmesi: Uygulamanın performansını ve kullanıcı deneyimini iyileştirmek için
• Teknik Destek: Teknik sorunları çözmek ve uygulamayı çalışır durumda tutmak için

3. Bilgi Paylaşımı

3.1 Üçüncü Taraf Servisler

Uygulamamız aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf servisleri kullanır:

• Expo (Expo Go): Push notification servisleri için
• MongoDB Atlas: Veri depolama için
• Vercel: Backend API hosting için

Bu servisler, verilerinizi sadece hizmet sağlamak amacıyla işler ve kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.

3.2 Bilgi Satışı

Kullanıcı verilerinizi asla satmıyoruz veya üçüncü taraflarla reklam amaçlı paylaşmıyoruz.

4. Veri Güvenliği

Toplanan tüm veriler MongoDB Atlas'ta şifreli olarak saklanır. Veritabanı erişimi sadece yetkili personel ile sınırlıdır. HTTPS protokolü ile güvenli veri aktarımı sağlanır.

5. Kullanıcı Hakları

Kullanıcılarımız aşağıdaki haklara sahiptir:

• Erişim Hakkı: Toplanan verilerinize erişim talep edebilirsiniz
• Silme Hakkı: Verilerinizin silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz
• Bildirimleri Kapatma: Cihaz ayarlarından push bildirimlerini kapatabilirsiniz

6. Veri Saklama

Push notification token'ları, uygulama kullanımda olduğu sürece saklanır. Uygulamayı silerseniz, token'larınız otomatik olarak silinir. Gerekli durumlarda, kullanılmayan veriler düzenli olarak temizlenir.

7. Çocukların Gizliliği

Uygulamamız 13 yaş altındaki çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz. Eğer 13 yaş altındaki bir çocuğun bilgilerini topladığımızı fark edersek, bu bilgileri derhal sileriz.

8. Politika Değişiklikleri

Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler için uygulama içinde bildirim gönderilecektir. Politikanın en güncel versiyonu bu sayfada yer alır.

At Knight Rehber application ("we", "us", or "our app"), we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Knight Rehber application and how we use it.

1. Information Collected

1.1 Push Notification Token

Our application collects push notification tokens through Expo Push Notification service to send you notifications. These tokens uniquely identify your device and ensure notifications reach the correct device. Tokens are stored securely in MongoDB database.

1.2 Device Information

The application may collect device type and platform information (iOS/Android) for notification functionality. This information is used only for technical purposes.

1.3 App Usage Data

Your interactions and usage data within the application are not collected. No personally identifiable information (name, email, phone number) is collected.

2. Use of Information

Collected information is used for the following purposes:

• Push Notifications: To send app updates, important announcements, and notifications
• Service Improvement: To improve application performance and user experience
• Technical Support: To resolve technical issues and keep the application running

3. Information Sharing

3.1 Third-Party Services

Our application uses the following third-party services:

• Expo (Expo Go): For push notification services
• MongoDB Atlas: For data storage
• Vercel: For backend API hosting

These services process your data only for service delivery and are subject to their own privacy policies.

3.2 Information Sale

We never sell your user data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Data Security

All collected data is stored encrypted in MongoDB Atlas. Database access is limited to authorized personnel only. Secure data transmission is provided through HTTPS protocol.

5. User Rights

Our users have the following rights:

• Right to Access: You can request access to your collected data
• Right to Deletion: You can request deletion of your data
• Disable Notifications: You can disable push notifications from device settings

6. Data Retention

Push notification tokens are retained as long as the application is in use. If you delete the application, your tokens are automatically deleted. Unused data is regularly cleaned up when necessary.

7. Children's Privacy

Our application does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will immediately delete such information.

8. Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will send notifications through the application for significant changes. The most current version of the policy is available on this page.
